Latu de Gama~
Latu de Gama is a vibrant and talented graphics clan consisting of a variety of artwork and graphics within the group. Any of the following graphics are able to show off in the clan; Avatars, signatures, animations, sprites, banners, userbars, wallpapers, drawings, computer art, and animated videos. So if you can do any of those things you are able to join Latu de Gama! There is no members we do not accept, no matter how good or bad they are with their graphics, as long as you try to stay active, posting frequently and making at least one type of artwork per week you can be an official member. However, I encourage you to help out, make more than what you have to, Comment and Critique others, and just help with the clan. Things that are pending that our clan needs help with are; A Website(GOOD Website, like The Hollow Brawlers), A Xat chat, and recruiting members. If you can help with any of the things that were listed I'd be very much grateful. Also people with Skype, MSN, or AIM will receive updates and it would be much easier for me to contact you over the instant messaging, so if you have one I would prefer you share it. I am hoping that recruiting members will not be a problem, I would also be happy to tutor anyone who needs the help! I can walk you through step-by-step on how I make whichever art you need help in, however I do not make sprites or animations. When posting your application please provide the following information;

Another thing is, do not ask to be a leader, manager, administrator, moderator, co-leader, or any other moderating position. If we feel you deserve the position you will be invited to the position. Ways to show you might deserve the position are;
Being an active part of the group
Recruiting members
Helping when needed
Post in the group often
Make more than the required amount of GFX per week
Take requests

If you show you can handle the job than you just may get it, the best thing to do is to try doing the things listed above, or some other thing to help. Actually, I may come up with a point system, if you earn a certain amount of points you can become a staff member. Here's the legend;
50 points=Moderator
100 points=Administrator OR Co. Leader
250=Manager OR Leader

However, I may decide that a member deserves the position right on the spot, and you must not be flustered by my decisions, I have reasons why. Okay here's how much each act of kindness is worth;
Being an active part of the group=4 points per week
Recruiting members=5 points per person
Helping when needed=6 points per problem/task solved
Post in the group often=3 points per (at least 30 posts) a week
Make more than the required amount of GFX per week=2 points per extra art done
Take requests on your graphics=2 points per request

Extra Points~
Making a GOOD website (Good as in The Hollow Brawlers Website good)=30 points
Making graphics for the group(Latu de Gama)=5 points per (Banner, Signature, Avatar)
