| I stumbled upon this article, and Nintendo is reducing 3DS prices from $250 to $170! Thats a whopping $80 dollar difference not even half a year after it had been released. D: However, there is a special deal for those who bought 3DS at a full price ($250), you will get 20, I repeat, 20 FREE games from the e-Nintendo store! Whether or not this will satisfy you, I cannot say, but it certainly made me less agitated about the price drop just a couple months after I bought the 3DS. The price cut is supposed to happen August 12 I believe. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |

| I'm glad they decided to drop the price. They finally admitted that they did something wrong. |

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] The price drop is so sudden because of the purchase rating the system might be sought after by some but in actuality why pay more for a vision enhanced version of a game you've beaten 50 times before? Ex. "The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time remake" its the same game with a smoother appeal played on the exact same "RPG" platform style programing. The system itself just isn't that sought after to justify the two hundred dollar cost. Then again I am sure there are those few who will appreciate the Nintendo bribe of twenty free market games. I'm looking at you Eg9 -_- Call it what you want but in all truth I just prefer hacking an older model Nintendo DS and getting the games off of a hard drive USB loader program, not as simple but just as effective as the same over priced too fancy games that Nintendo is putting out these days. |
